1. Live presentation: 12 minutes highlighting the primary points from your project.
2. The final team assignment should be 3 to 4 pages in length. Written project should be written with clarity but with enough detail to support your voice recording.

Learners
Final deliverables include:
1. Final presentations outlining strategic recommendations. Organizations are invited to attend all final presentations in person or remotely.
2. Executive summaries and case analysis. Case analysis include: Statement of problems, statement of alternatives, description of the best-recommended solution, implementation of the solution.

Project Examples
Requirements
Starting in late August, student-consultants will spend 40+ hours analyzing a strategic challenge or opportunity your organization is facing to provide you with the most effective recommendations.
Student teams will attempt to resolve the strategic problem faced by your organization. They will use academic theory and personal insights to develop strategic recommendations for your organization to implement. The students will then provide insights and recommendations in a report as well as a final presentation.
Example projects include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a three-year growth strategy.
- Evaluate a firm’s corporate, business unit, and international strategies
- External and internal analysis of industry structure, competitive forces, and strategic groups.
- Investigating and recommending a product or service expansion opportunity.
- Assess a firm’s agency problems and stakeholder relationships as it relates to corporate governance practices.
- Communicate strategic recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling way
