I had an amazing experience working with Ayman & the rest of the team. They are very communicative & structured, making it easy to know what to do & how to do it. Their usage of Jira & weekly standups are very beneficial & helped me stay on track throughout. They are very helpful with feedback & also super considerate with other commitments, such as academics or co-ops. I was lucky to have been given tons of ownership over my work which felt very nice. I could tell the team trusted me & I felt the work I did will genuinely help iCommute grow & thrive! Ayman is very friendly & iCommute as a whole is a pleasure to work with. It is definitely the most well structured & communicative Riipen project I've done thus far. I would 100% recommend them to any other future Riipen learners!
