Upon reflection, working for English Island for the past 5 weeks has been a valuable experience that helped me better understand the education industry. Truthfully, I appreciated Erica's mentorship, especially during the regular check-ins, where she shared her insights and helped us with any questions or challenges that suddenly arose. Additionally, working in a team environment enhanced my teamwork and communication skills, which are crucial for my future academic and career opportunities. Overall, this project built my technical skills and boosted my confidence in the workplace.
