Details

Ranade Partners is seeking a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for their AI-enabled training and implementation program, specifically targeting healthcare and longevity solutions for Ontario Seniors Communities and Retirement Homes. The project aims to address the unique needs of these communities by leveraging AI technology to enhance healthcare delivery and improve the quality of life for seniors. The goal is to design a launch plan that includes strategic pricing models, effective market positioning, and potential partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and senior living sectors. This project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of marketing, strategic planning, and healthcare industry insights to create a viable and impactful market entry plan. The project will focus on understanding the competitive landscape, identifying target customer segments, and developing a value proposition that resonates with the needs of seniors and their caregivers.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed go-to-market strategy document outlining pricing strategies, market positioning, and partnership opportunities. Additionally, learners will prepare a presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations. The deliverables will also include a SWOT analysis of the current market landscape and a proposed timeline for the launch. These components will provide Ranade Partners with a clear and actionable plan to successfully introduce their AI-enabled program to the target market.
