Details

Ontario Medical Gas is seeking to enhance its supply chain by identifying reliable manufacturers for essential medical gas equipment. The project involves conducting comprehensive research to identify potential manufacturers who meet industry standards and can provide high-quality products. The goal is to create a detailed report that outlines potential suppliers, their product offerings, and their compliance with relevant regulations. This project will allow learners to apply their research and analytical skills, as well as their understanding of supply chain management, to a real-world scenario. The team will focus on evaluating manufacturers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities. This project is crucial for ensuring that Ontario Medical Gas can maintain a steady supply of essential products without compromising on quality.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable for this project is a comprehensive report detailing the findings of the research. This report should include a list of potential manufacturers, an analysis of their product offerings, and an evaluation of their compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the report should provide recommendations for the most suitable manufacturers based on the criteria established. The team will also present their findings in a presentation to Ontario Medical Gas stakeholders, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
