  • Establish and optimize RSRS Scanning Services' presence on social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all accounts.
  • Develop and schedule engaging reels, slides, and other multimedia content that highlights the benefits of document scanning services, targeting businesses, healthcare providers, and other key industries.
  • Use provided documents, industry insights, and research to craft compelling, results-driven social media posts, ensuring alignment with RSRS’s business objectives.
  • Incorporate clear and persuasive calls to action (CTAs) in all social media posts, encouraging engagement, inquiries, and potential client conversions.
  • Apply benefits-driven value propositions to demonstrate the efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness of RSRS’s document scanning solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to brainstorm creative content ideas, refine messaging, and generate potential article topics for social media posts.
  • Analyze and monitor engagement metrics, making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of posts and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with the RSRS President for content approvals prior to posting, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with company standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance RSRS’s social media presence and increase visibility.


Deliverables

Fully Established and Optimized Social Media Accounts

  • TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts set up and optimized with complete profiles, branding, and business information.
  • A structured approach to maintaining a consistent and professional social media presence.

Content Creation and Posting

  • Minimum of 3 social media posts per week, which may include reels, videos, or slides.
  • Content tailored to highlight the benefits of RSRS’s document scanning services and appeal to target audiences.
  • Posts to incorporate engaging visuals, clear messaging, and educational elements about document scanning.

Content Calendar and Scheduling

  • Development of a simple social media content calendar to plan and organize posts.
  • Scheduled posts to maintain a steady flow of engaging content across platforms.

Incorporating Calls-to-Action (CTAs) in Posts (Guidance will be provided as needed)

  • Posts should include encouraging language that invites engagement, such as asking questions, prompting shares, or directing viewers to the RSRS website for more information.
  • Learning opportunity for the student to explore best practices for engagement-driven content.

Leveraging AI and ChatGPT for Content Ideas

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm content ideas, refine messaging, and assist in crafting relevant and engaging posts.
  • Explore innovative ways to present scanning services in a compelling format.

Basic Performance Tracking and Feedback (Guidance and direction will be provided)

  • Simple tracking of post engagement (likes, comments, shares, views) to observe which types of content resonate most.
