Easy Artisan Websites creates custom Wordpress websites for women entrepreneurs that consists of a custom web design and development on the Wordpress platform. A value add for our custom websites is the subscription billing model that breaks down the cost of the website into monthly payments over the course of 3 years. This allows entrepreneurs to fund a critical piece of their brand over a longer period, making it more accessible to businesses at all stages of growth.


All our custom websites include must have tools like a crm, email marketing and automations, booking calendars, seo optimization, and storefront to sell physical products, services or digital downloads.


I want to update the copy on the website to better reflect this subscription model, all-on-one website offer. The current site design is good, but needs more consistent messaging and description for the actual offer.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our company’s story, mission and vision statements.
  • Conducting background research on similar offers, and reimagine it for Easy Artisan Websites.
  • Establishing suitable personality traits for our brand voice and justifying each trait.
  • Describing how personality traits can be displayed through our brand voice.
  • Rewriting the existing sales copy for the new brand voice
  • Conducting preliminary keyword research to connect our brand voice and sales copy to the target audience.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending methods of ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Recommending relevant marketing strategies and materials for the new brand voice.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our story, mission and vision statements
  • Understanding of our products and target market
  • Recommendation and justification of personality traits to include in our brand voice
  • Rewrite sales copy in the newly created brand voice
  • Conduct preliminary keyword research for use in the sales copy

Bonus steps would include:

  • Ensuring consistent use of our brand voice
  • Revising current materials to include our new brand voice

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report
  • A brand voice overview document
  • Sales copy rewritten for the newly created brand voice for each page of the website
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our products and services
  • Our story, mission and vision statements
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
