Batch Beauty Lab Inc. is a Toronto-based natural skincare brand that creates minimal and effective skincare essentials for the bold and unique. Woman owned and operated, Batch Beauty Lab is currently seeking candidates to support functional business growth strategies including sales, marketing, social media, and public relations.

If you are a creative self-starter who is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in beauty and personal wellness, we want to hear from you!

We would like students to help us with creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Develop content strategy that will drive awareness and increase traffic to the company website
• Help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content
• Create purposeful and engaging content to share across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
• Content calendar development to ensure timely deployment of all our social media content
• Determine blog performance KPIs and develop reporting system
