Liked the project overall!

I was so excited to have the opportunity to work with iSAW. Julie Cheam and Rutendo Changara were so helpful in answering questions and providing feedback. I learned so much about Gender Equality on a global perspective. This was my first experience working on a Riipen project and it was very positive.

This was a very engaging and informative project, I enjoyed working on it!

I believe this project was beneficial, as I learned a topic that I was interested in, however there was not a lot of help from my instructor on understanding due dates. Some parts got confusing, and certain projects I had trouble understanding, but overall the topic is exciting and the coursework was simple once I understood the prompts.

The company did everything they're supposed to do well. I felt like I was just a robot zombie doing the work for somebody else's agenda where I have to agree with it as well as feed them what they want to hear, all so that I can earn an A in a class this project had nothing to do with (CHM 101). I am in chemistry to learn chemistry,

The project was so fun! It provided me with various opportunities to learn about women in STEM.

Very passionate organization working for a great cause. It was a pleasure help contribute to making Women in STEM more known and recognized.

There was little to no communication between administrators and students. The projects expectations and guidelines were outlined vaguely which caused much confusion for first time students. The text help team was fantastic and provided much needed information and problem solving when required. I like what iSAW is working toward but the lack of communication made the experience impersonable and it felt like I was stumbling in the dark from start to finish.

This is a good cause and super helpful to women everywhere!

I think this company's mission and vision is well communicated throughout the projects.

It was a great way to look into the difficulties women face in STEM fields.

It was so valuable researching women's equality in the workplace, but also in many ways disappointing to know that despite such passion and efforts there is still so far to go. iSAW is needed now more than ever to ensure that every woman has her fair chance by promoting that change in dedicated industry and geographic areas.

The project was eye opening, and created insight to a lot of knowledge that I am not sure I would have gained otherwise.

I enjoyed this project and saw the benefit of doing it, including gaining knowledge. The team collaboration is good in theory, but having a separate link from our ASU portal made it challenging mostly because I would forget to check-in. I would recommend a communication platform that is easier for teams to communicate on without having to use a third party. Also, our team would have benefited from a rubric to lay out expectations more than what guidelines were provided.

My group and I learned a lot from the project and working with the iSAW International LLC and administrators was amazing.

Well organized project with future collaborations and helpful direction given to all.

I really enjoyed doing the proyect and while doing it I learnt about gender inequality. However, I felt like the information about the project and what to do wasn't clear and the answers that I received were vague. Overall, I had fun and met other students!

An Interesting/insightful project for an impactful company

The project was very organized, with all the resources and instructions you need provided upfront. The CEO Nancy Speidel was also very responsive to us, and her passion for creating gender equality was inspiring!
