AI Chatbot with CRM Integration for College Students
Our company, Canada Education Technology College (CETC), aims to enhance engagement with prospective students by integrating cutting-edge AI technology into our website and student recruitment services. Specifically, we seek to develop an AI-powered chatbot integrated with a CRM system to streamline student interactions, improve data management, and optimize administrative processes. We would like to collaborate with students to design and implement this system, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for natural language processing and data integration to create a seamless user experience. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on common student inquiries, admissions processes, and CRM integration. Designing and developing a chatbot interface capable of answering FAQs, collecting user data, and recommending suitable programs. Analyzing requirements for CRM integration to store collected data and track interactions efficiently. Researching and applying the latest AI techniques , such as recommendation algorithms, to suggest tailored programs to users. Developing a user-friendly dashboard for administrators to manage student profiles and chatbot interactions. Testing and refining the system to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. This collaboration will not only result in a functional prototype but also provide valuable insights and innovative solutions that CETC can implement to improve engagement and efficiency.

Canada Education Technology College (CETC) is a career-focused institution offering online and onsite training courses in Kamloops. Our programs specialize in fields such as Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, Esthetics, Skill Trades, and cutting-edge technology, including AI and digital transformation. To expand our reach and better serve our community, we aim to understand our target market and the overall local market and conduct our recruitment more effectively. We would like to collaborate with TRU students to conduct comprehensive market research that aligns with our goals of fostering innovation, empowering learners, and supporting career development. This project will involve: Familiarizing themselves with CETC’s values, mission, programs, and services. Researching our target market, including demographics, needs, and preferences. Organizing target market focus group events , such as workshops and salons, to engage directly with potential clients and gather qualitative insights. Analyzing industry trends and the competitive landscape, particularly in education and training sectors. Recommending strategies to improve CETC’s market positioning, brand visibility, and program offerings. Bonus steps in the process include: Proposing innovative ways for CETC to differentiate itself from competitors through unique branding, marketing initiatives, or service enhancements.
