In the midst of COVID-19, organizations are looking for ways to engage their teams - virtually. Our eager, future HR professionals, are ready to analyze your company's current employee engagement practices and provide feedback and opportunities to improve in the new, virtual work environment.

With this opportunity, students at Saskatchewan Polytechnic studying in the Business Diploma Program, are looking to

  • Evaluate the current state of your employees' engagement levels
  • Analyze your current employee engagement related practices and policies (formal and/or informal)
  • Propose initiatives to boost employee engagement in your organization, in virtual environment

Students can work on any or all of the above mentioned aspects.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will submit a detailed report outlining their recommendations, estimated return on investment and associated commitments and costs.

Students will also present a summary of their proposal to your organization, via Zoom.

  • Seeking out the employee engagement practices of top companies and performing cross-company comparisons
  • Using the above data, propose recommendations that would suit your organization
  • Researching cost implications associated with the above recommendations
