With this opportunity, students at Saskatchewan Polytechnic studying in the Business Diploma Program, are looking to Evaluate the current state of your employees' engagement levels Analyze your current employee engagement related practices and policies (formal and/or informal) Propose initiatives to boost employee engagement in your organization, in virtual environment Students can work on any or all of the above mentioned aspects.

In this project, students in Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Human Resources Diploma program will provide actionable talent acquisition, branding, marketing, operations, and planning recommendations that you can apply to source talent for even the most difficult roles to hire. Student teams will address the aspect(s) talent, strategy, planning, and attraction most critical to your organization today, and provide innovative solutions to help you overcome the talent crunch.

HR Retention Strategies

Students will create a customized engagement survey for an organization seeking to better understand its level employee engagement. Students can administer the survey data and provide a high-level summary of the survey findings to company leadership. This data can then be used by the company to create and execute action plans.
