This experience immerses learners in the practical and business aspects of managing greenhouse environments for local food production. Participants will develop skills in optimizing crop growth through advanced technologies such as aquaponics and grow towers, while also applying business management principles to greenhouse operations. Learners will be equipped to manage nutrient and pest control, schedule crop production, and analyze business structures, making them valuable contributors to industry projects focused on sustainable and efficient food production.

This experience focuses on equipping learners with the skills necessary for effective project management, emphasizing real-world application. Participants will gain expertise in project planning, execution, and control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Learners will apply their knowledge to industry-relevant projects, enhancing their ability to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and utilize project management tools. This practical approach prepares learners to tackle projects efficiently and meet stakeholder expectations.

This experience is designed for sophomore and junior students who are learning software engineering through Agile methodology. Learners are equipped with foundational skills in Agile practices, including sprint planning, iterative development, and collaborative teamwork. They are capable of applying these skills to real-world projects, focusing on delivering functional software components efficiently. The experience aims to bridge classroom knowledge with industry practices, enabling students to contribute effectively to software development projects.

These students are registered nurses who are in a bachelor degree completion program who are eager to apply the steps of learning to identify a clinical problem and how to utilize the appropriate data and research to find a better solution.
