The primary objective of this project is to support iCommute in its enterprise sales efforts by identifying potential customers, conducting targeted outreach, and qualifying leads. As a Sales Outreach Intern, you will engage in activities such as prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with decision-makers at prospective client organizations. The ultimate goal is to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, enabling the iCommute team to present and discuss paid pilot opportunities.

Deliverables

Expected Outcomes:

  1. Lead Database Development: Compile a list of qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting techniques.
  2. Outreach Campaigns: Execute outreach efforts (cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging) to engage prospects and identify decision-makers.
  3. Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria to determine fit and readiness for a sales conversation.
  4. Meeting Scheduling: Successfully schedule discovery or demo meetings between iCommute and qualified decision-makers for pilot discussions.

Expected Deliverables:

  1. Lead Prospecting Report:
  • A database of at least 100 qualified leads per intern, including verified contact details and relevant company information.
  1. Outreach Activity Log:
  • A detailed log tracking calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn messages, responses, and outcomes.
  1. Summary Report:
  • A brief weekly summary highlighting progress, challenges, and insights gained during outreach efforts.
  1. Meeting Scheduler:
  • A maintained list of confirmed meetings with decision-makers, including dates, times, and key details.
