marketing strategies target market marketingWe would like students to help us develop a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.
The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- How should we promote our company to ensure we are being seen by pregnant people in Vancouver / BC (for our online classes)
- What social media channels should we utilize?
- What budget is appropriate for advertising in the future
- How do we market our online classes differently from our in-person ones?
- How to develop a strong content strategy
- We'd love to have a presentation or report of your findings and advice/insights as well as some actionable changes we can make.
Students will work closely with the Director, Stephanie, and educator, Jasmine, who will be available for questions. This can also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. We are happy to have a meeting prior to starting work together so we can ensure we are providing you with everything you need as you go through your project.
About the company
We are a small non-profit company that offers community based prenatal classes in Vancouver, BC. We have been recommended by midwives and physicians across the lower mainland since 1973. We encourage family-centred maternity and newborn care, a dynamic process that responds to the needs of the birthing person and their family. Our teachers, all health professionals and parents, possess extensive training and personal knowledge of pregnancy, birth and parenting issues to facilitate and improve your childbearing experience.
