Expected Outcomes:
- Lead Database Development: Compile a list of qualified leads using provided tools and prospecting techniques.
- Outreach Campaigns: Execute outreach campaigns through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospects and identify decision-makers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria to determine fit and readiness for a sales conversation.
- Meeting Scheduling: Successfully schedule meetings between iCommute and qualified decision-makers for pilot discussions.
Expected Deliverables:
- Lead Prospecting Report:
- A database of 100 qualified leads, including contact details and company information.
- Outreach Activity Log:
- A detailed log tracking outreach attempts, responses, and outcomes (e.g., calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn messages, and appointments scheduled).
- Summary Report:
- A summary report highlighting progress, challenges, and insights gained during outreach efforts.
- Meeting Scheduler:
- A list of confirmed meetings with decision-makers, including meeting dates, times, and key details.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
