Green Apple Pay is a cloud based software startup that provides a digital fundraising platform using linked-payment transaction rounding and affinity functionality to various types of organizations. Guided by organizational objectives, student teams will complete a substantial project for Green Apple Pay over the placement period.
Students will have the opportunity to apply classroom concepts to the challenges of business life as they gain valuable, relevant work experience as an intern student within Green Apple Pay working closely with various C-level executives including the CEO, COO and Director of Business Development.
Project Scope
We are nearing the end of our beta phase development cycle. We have previously developed the operational software platform and beta tested it live in market with clients. The next step of development to provide to organizations will layer on the fundraising & monetization functionality. We are preparing for a full company and product launch in September 2020. To that end, we need various messaging, marketing, sales and communications materials created and prepared.
The project may include but not limited to:
Public Relations
- Press release(s) describing Green Apple Pay, recent success stories, notable events and our dreams for market domination
- Copywriting and editing for print or digital media
- One or more news articles describing your organization’s activities for social media
- Company branding and strategic communication plans including a new logo
- Complete press/media clippings file
- Sample user testimonials or customer stories
- Any other project as assigned based on current company needs.
Communications Digital/Social Media
- Intermediate level graphic design projects for our social media channels
- Updated social media platforms
- Increased engagement/followers for appropriate platforms
- Current competitor analysis of social/digital presence
- Social media campaign for implementation (continued implementation)
- Layout and content to do a website redesign or update
- Increased website usage/positive user experience ratings
Marketing and Sales Materials
- Intermediate level graphic design projects for print sales and marketing materials
- Demand side/organizational partners sales brochures
- Supply side/retail partners sales and marketing brochures
- Layout and design of new tabletop and retractable banners and other conference signage
Outcomes
- A media toolkit and public relations package
- Article writing and press release templates
