Details

The goal of this project is to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of iCommute’s pilot program. Students will design and execute marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to drive sign-ups and create a strong community around the platform.

Deliverables

Expected Outcomes:

1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to reach potential users.

2. Execute social media campaigns, referral programs, and on-campus activations.

3. Gather and analyze engagement metrics to optimize marketing efforts.


Expected Deliverables:

• A marketing campaign plan with strategies for social media, email marketing, and on-campus promotions.

• A weekly report tracking engagement, sign-ups, and campaign performance.

• A final analysis report summarizing user acquisition insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

• A 10-15 minute presentation highlighting key marketing learnings and impact.
