Digital Marketing Strategy For a Fashion Inspired Headphones Brand Co
We want students to help us develop an innovative digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? What are the best way to promote a membership base community with earning opportunities for marginalized youths and young adults?
Sales Process Optimization
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
B2B Market Entry for SMB
This project focuses on creating strategy for penetrating in the Canadian, USA and UAE market for management consulting firm targeting SMB (Small and Medium Businesses). Students will gain hands-on experience in reaching out to potential businesses and identify their pain points that can be solved by the industry experts. Students will gain hands-on experience in creating value propositions, identifying market obstacles, and crafting actionable recommendations, all while honing their communication and problem-solving skills.

magaZINEity is a GTA-based non-profit organization aiming to encourage the creative ventures of youth by providing a platform for self-expression within an uplifting community focused on the English written and visual arts. Through our work, we gathered 50+ community members and 60+ pieces of work to showcase in our digital exhibitions. As a co-founder of the organization, I was interviewed and reported by the Torstar York Region newspaper.
