They can provide customized evidence of how key external environmental pressures you face such as technology, societal issues, and the economy are demanding changes to your internal organizational environment including your structure, systems, and workplace climate. The result is a robust Strategic Change Action Plan that points the way forward for you, identifying roadblocks and detours that you will face.
Aligning Attitudes, Behaviors, and Workplace Actions

Every workplace in all organizations is comprised of people. People have attitudes, behaviors, and actions often inter-connecting in expressions of leadership, job satisfaction and morale, happiness and conflict, creativity and chaos, productivity and puzzlement. These inner organization dynamics are often shaped by what's going on in the external world of technology, the economy, social changes, and public policy. The students of MBA 601 Human Interfaces can show you the gaps between expectations, actions, and communication be it related to morale, the effectiveness of your organizational structure and systems, and the powerful role your organizational culture plays. They will apply proven research and analysis models taught by their professor with experience in analyzing employee attitudes and actions in over 500 workplaces.
Change Management in Changing Times (643-04)

University Canada West has perfected a proprietary workplace survey that gives you the information you need to see if key components of your workplace are in alignment, including key measures of organizational culture , the reporting structure , the core systems in use, and the workplace climate . Called the LEADicator workplace alignment survey, this research tool applied by our MBA students has helped numerous workplaces ensure that the actions they take is actually meeting what is most important to employee well being, productivity, and the need to meet client and customer expectations. Recent beneficiaries of our research, analysis, and reports are a healthcare company in Toronto, a not-for-profit foundation in Alberta, Canada, and several public safety organizations. The results gave them the evidence to boost morale, focus their systems of reporting and communication, and address where the corporate culture needed some "tweaking."

"Workplace wellness is a term" that describes the needs of employees in all organizations during the many ongoing changes in both your external and internal environments. In both my Leadership and Change Management courses at University Canada West in Vancouver, B.C., we deeply explore the proven needs of employees for both emotional and physical wellness, their current situation and the causes, and the proven action that can be taken to ensure a healthy and safe workplace with optimum job satisfaction. We have designed, used, and validated an employee survey tool that gives you more than just "data" but deep, clear-language answers produced through evidence-based scientific methods. My team classes are supervised by me (Dr. Eli Sopow). I have more than 30 years experience in workplace measurements at over 500 workplaces across Canada, including wellness studies for a wide range or organizations ranging from law enforcement to not-for-profit groups.
