Customer Problem Analysis and Solution Validation for AWEC Technology Using Problem Framing Canvas
Identify Customer Problems : Utilize the Problem Framing Canvas to deeply explore and understand the main challenges faced by wind farm operators and renewable energy investors with current wind turbine technologies. Focus on issues such as inconsistent energy production, high maintenance costs, low capacity factors, and environmental constraints. Evaluate Current Solutions and Validate AWEC Technology : Analyze the effectiveness of current solutions like traditional wind turbines and maintenance strategies. Validate how AWEC technology, with its flat Cp curve, lower maintenance needs, and broader operational efficiency, can serve as a superior alternative to existing technologies. Provide Strategic Recommendations for Market Fit : Develop actionable strategies for positioning AWEC technology in the market to align with the needs and expectations of potential customers. This includes customer engagement, communication of AWEC’s benefits, and strategic market entry.

Social Media Marketing Campaign
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.

Digital Marketing for Product Launch
Project Description : Welcome to Passion To Profit Blueprint! I am thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to an innovative project, Product Launch Strategy. Company Overview : Core Values and Mission: As a solopreneur, I pride myself on fostering empowerment, authenticity, and resilience. My mission is to create a supportive environment where midlife women can overcome self-doubt, rediscover their passions, and build fulfilling, purpose-driven businesses. Student Experience Level : Any experience level would be great. I have an in-depth background in online marketing, students will receive regular coaching, mentorship and support where needed. The output of this project should be a simple but effective launch strategy with creative, out-of-the-box ideas and a mix of traditional launch approaches. This project can meet the requirement of 60 hours over 2-8 weeks. Note: A strategy previously developed by me can be leveraged for this project if the students would like. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to create: A high-converting launch strategy for digital products. Including the necessary systems that need to be in place. A detailed rollout plan for the launch strategy.
