Adam was very efficient, got his work done in a timely manner and followed up by asking for more work once he had completed his projects. He even stepped in when a colleague was unable to complete work to help them out. The work he completed was to a high standard, and he worked out ways to streamline the project. He was able to self-direct, and I didn't need to worry about him being able to complete work to a good standard whilst exceeding deadlines.

Adam is diligent with his work and has completed the project on time to satisfaction.
