Project feedback
I learned a lot about community journalism and writing articles specific to BIPOC creators for Spinning Forward. Flavian was able to give me tasks that suited my interests in film. Feedback was super helpful and Flavian was always in communication.

Project feedback
Working with Flavian at Spinning Forward has been an incredible opportunity from both a career and learning perspective. Spinning Forward's initiative to raise awareness about the challenges BIPOC content creators face has significantly expanded my understanding of algorithm bias and racial pay discrepancies. This newfound knowledge will be valuable in guiding future social media and marketing initiatives, as I'll be more mindful of these issues. Throughout this project, I've gained valuable experience in content writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, I've refined my skills in leveraging software and AI technologies to increase efficiency. This multifaceted project has provided me with insights into various career paths and has deepened my understanding of social media content creation.
