Science World - Measure Program Outcomes

The main goal of this project would be to design and plan a manageable way to measure the visitor response to our extra programming components (i.e., theme weeks). The Experiential Learning teams currently put significant effort into planning and implementing additional programs for our visitors without a way to measure outcomes, determine if the made an impact to visitors or determine if the programs should be repeated, changed or cancelled. Ideally, the outcome of this project could help us to investigate and suggest improvements for how could we start gathering data that could be used for future decision making on our extra-programming components.

IT Support Enhancement Project

The project focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services at Edtech International Education Group Inc. Students will work closely with the company's IT team to conduct a thorough analysis of existing support workflows. The goal is to identify key pain points and inefficiencies within the current system. By applying classroom knowledge in IT management and process optimization, students will propose innovative solutions to streamline processes. The project aims to improve service delivery and increase user satisfaction by implementing these solutions. Students will gain hands-on experience in real-world IT support scenarios, learning to balance technical and user-centric considerations.
