Ifrah was an excellent team member - she always reached out for clarification when needed, was self-driven, independent and delivered high quality work. Gayathri Baiju was always very on top of her tasks and took the initiative to clarify tasks when she had questions. I was glad to see her engage with the tasks and get the opportunity to build on event planning experience she had from high school. Rating: 5 Ifrah Rahman seemed to somewhat fade in Gayathri’s shadow. She was also on top of her tasks and stayed consistent but it seemed like she defaulted to her partner when she had questions to ask me. Rating: 4
