Business Plan Development for myAIpathway Inc.
The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive business plan for myAIpathway Inc., a Managed Services provider specializing in custom web and application development. The company also owns FRED, an innovative eCommerce platform tailored for the agriculture sector. FRED connects farmers with a community focused on healthy, sustainably grown, and organic produce. The business plan will include the already created marketing plan, and risk assessment plan. The marketing plan is comprehensive outlining strategies to enhance market presence, optimize service offerings, and expand the reach of FRED. Learners will apply their knowledge of business strategy and financial planning to create a plan that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. The project will involve reviewing the comprehensive marketing plan, developing income projections, and cashflow forecasts for the next three years.

ICT Ignite - Web APP Stress and Vulnerability Test
The main goal of this project is to plan, design, and implement a security solution for myAIpathway Inc. for the protection of the company's data, systems and networks. This project also includes implementing privacy policies and terms and conditions for use of myAIpathway Inc.'s eCommerce Cloud solution that collects information on individuals and businesses (sellers and buyers).

Accessible E-commerce Website for FRED Platform
The project aims to design and develop an interactive website for myAIpathway Inc.'s FRED platform, which connects agriculture producers with consumers. The goal is to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible website that effectively showcases products while adhering to accessibility standards. This is essential for reaching a broader audience, including individuals with disabilities, and ensuring the platform's inclusivity. The website must be fully functional across various devices and browsers, enhancing the user experience. Learners will apply their knowledge of web development, user experience design, and accessibility standards. Key tasks include conducting market research to understand the target audience, designing wireframes and prototypes, and implementing the website using modern web technologies.
